We believe opportunities mean little if athletes cannot find or access them. G.R.I.T works to bridge the gap between Malaysian youth athletes and the resources, opportunities, and knowledge that can help them move forward. By connecting athletes with firsthand guidance, experiences, and support, we hope to reach more young athletes and make opportunities feel closer, clearer, and more attainable.
Our work so far:
"Ace for Asma" was a youth-led tennis fundraiser created to give back to SMK Sultanah Asma’s sports community, bringing athletes together to raise funds and support student sports development.
"Playgrounds to Podiums" was a workshop connecting Malaysian youth athletes with two coaches from Evert Tennis Academy in Florida. The workshop bridged the gap between local tennis and U.S. college opportunities, giving Malaysian players firsthand insight into college tennis, recruitment, training, and life as a student-athlete in the U.S.
SUKMA × GRIT × Superhuman was a collaborative workshop for Kedah's SUKMA Tennis Team focused on performance, mindset, and personal development. GRIT partnered with Superhuman to bring athletes together for conversations and activities designed to help them strengthen the mental skills and habits that support performance both on and off the court.
